Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our property management department as a Property Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, primarily consisting of British property owners. The role requires regular communication and interaction with clients, as well as coordination with suppliers to ensure that property maintenance and improvement works are carried out to high standards and within given timeframes. Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of property owners, and serve as their primary point of contact for all property-related matters.
2. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
3. Coordinate property maintenance, repair, and improvement works with external suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
4. Ensure that all works carried out on properties meet high standards of quality, safety, and compliance with relevant regulations.
5. Collaborate with other departments within Resort Sales and Management to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients. Requirements:
6. Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
7. Possess a valid driving license and own car for transportation.
8. Proficient in MS Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook).
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
10. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
12. Previous experience in property management or related field is desirable but not essential.
