Property Management & AI Internship

We are offering an exciting internship combining traditional property management with the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital marketing. You will gain practical experience managing long-term and short-term rental properties while exploring how AI tools can improve efficiency, automate processes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Management: Assist with the day-to-day management of long-let and short-let properties.
• Guest & Tenant Relations: Support guest and tenant communications, bookings, enquiries and issue resolution.
• Operations: Assist with property inspections, maintenance coordination, check-ins and check-outs.
• AI & Automation: Research and implement AI tools to streamline property management tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Marketing: Use AI tools to create property listings, marketing content, social media posts and promotional materials.
• Business Development: Research new opportunities, analyse market trends and identify ways to improve performance.
• Digital Innovation: Explore new technologies and automation strategies within the property industry.
