Property Management Assistant

About the role

In this role, you will provide essential support to property management operations, working closely with property managers, tenants, and vendors to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct open home inspections every Saturday
• Administrative tasks and support
• Support property inspections
• Maintain accurate property records, files, and databases
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents as needed

About you

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Gmail)
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus
• Prior experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support is preferred but not required
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car are essential, as the role involves occasional site visits and property inspections
