What You'll Be Doing

As our Property Management Assistant, you'll support our busy Property Management team with:

• Being the first point of contact for landlords, tenants and visitors
• Providing administrative support across the rental portfolio
• Assisting with rent reconciliation, documentation and property-related activities
• Processing water, maintenance and other invoices
• Conducting occasional on-site visits when required

What We're Looking For

Whether you're just starting out or do you have some administration or property management experience, we're looking for someone who has:

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• A genuine focus on delivering great customer service
