Property Management Associate

About the role

The Property Management Associate is responsible for assisting in the effective management and maintenance of Ecoverde communities, ensuring that homeowners and residents receive responsive, professional, and quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day property and community management operations
• Coordinate and respond to homeowners' concerns, requests, and inquiries
• Monitor and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and community facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and community surroundings
• Coordinate with homeowners, contractors, service providers, and internal departments
• Prepare reports, documentation, notices, and other property management records
• Assist in ensuring compliance with community rules, policies, and regulations
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance concerns and service requests
• Support community activities and homeowner engagement initiatives

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Property Management, or a related field
• Preferably with experience in property management, real estate, customer service, or community management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Willing to conduct site visits and coordinate with homeowners and service providers
