Property Management Associate

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and focused individual looking to launch a long-term career in commercial property management. We are seeking enthusiastic, full-time Property Management Associates to join our Noosaville office.

Key Responsibilities
Tasks will include, but are not limited to, assisting with:

• Managing a commercial property portfolio in line with legislative requirements
• Liaising with owners and maintaining strong relationships
• Conducting market and rent reviews
• Negotiating lease renewals
• Processing lease assignments
• Coordinating maintenance and managing rental arrears
• Handling lease expiries

Experience in commercial real estate is advantageous, but not essential.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• A motivated, proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent attention to detail, reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience dealing with clients
• Effective time-management and multitasking abilities
• Enjoys structure, systems and processes

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Real Estate Registration Certificate as part of their employment.

Remuneration
Remuneration will be commensurate with skills and experience.
