About the role

The successful applicant will be working within our Property Management Team and will demonstrate:

• A professional manner and integrity to reflect our reputation and ethics
• A professional appearance
• Proven experience in a client-focused role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Ability to be a team player

In this role you will:

• Work within the Property Management Team in managing their portfolios
• Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trade suppliers
• Action repairs and maintenance issues
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Conduct lease preparations
• Conduct regular rent and lease reviews

A current Driver's Licence is essential and experience in Property Management with a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is a definite advantage. Training and career development will be provided for those with a driven desire for a rewarding career as part of our Property Management Team.
