As a Property Manager, you’ll be the trusted link between owners and tenants, ensuring homes are well cared for and investments thrive. You’ll bring heart, hustle, and a high standard of service to every interaction. This position is full time and based in the Ashburton Branch. Ideally commencing 19th October 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

·         Managing your own portfolio of properties with care and professionalism.

·         Building lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and local contractors.

·         Overseeing marketing, tenant selection, rent reviews, and compliance.

·         Spotting maintenance issues early and making sure every property meets Healthy Homes standards.

·         Providing sound advice that helps owners grow and tenants feel at home.

·         Using modern tools like Palace, Tapi, Renti, and Office 365 to keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Bring

·         A year or more of property management experience (or solid real estate/customer service background).

·         Sharp organisation, clear communication, and calm under pressure.

·         A positive, growth-focused mindset and a love for helping people.

·         Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and local market (or willingness to learn).

·         Ideally, a Level 4 Property Management qualification (or ready to earn it!).
