You'll work alongside an experienced Property Manager, with additional support from our Office Manager and experienced Property Management Team Leader.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Property Management Assistant, you'll support the day-to-day management of a residential property portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting routine property inspections
• Assisting with property-related appointments and tasks
• Supporting the Property Manager with general administration
• Communicating with tenants, owners, contractors and other clients
• Updating property information and records
• Assisting the wider team when required
• Providing friendly, professional service to everyone you interact with

It's an ideal role for someone who doesn't want to sit behind a desk all day. You'll enjoy a great balance between being out at properties, meeting people and getting things done, while also spending time in the office supporting your team.

ABOUT YOU

We're looking for someone with a great attitude who genuinely enjoys working with people.

You'll be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with different people
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive, professional and eager to learn
• Looking for an opportunity to build your skills and develop your career

Previous experience in real estate or property management will be highly regarded, but is not essential. For the right person, we're happy to provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

A current driver's licence is essential, as property inspections form an important part of the role.
