What they need

Ready to Work Somewhere You'll Be Valued?
Integrity Recruitment is proud to be partnering with one of New Zealand's fastest-growing privately owned property management companies. With an ambitious vision to become the country's largest privately owned property management business, they're building something special. Now is the perfect time to become part of that journey.

If you're an experienced Property Manager, you already know the job. You know how to juggle competing priorities, calm difficult situations, navigate tenancy legislation, and build trusted relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Why You'll Love This Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll simply manage a portfolio. You'll become the trusted advisor to your landlords, the problem solver for your tenants, and the person who ensures every property is professionally managed from start to finish.

Best of all, this is primarily an office-based role. Rather than spending your day driving between inspections, maintenance appointments and property viewings, you'll have dedicated support teams taking care of those responsibilities. That means you can focus on what you do best: building strong client relationships, making informed decisions, delivering exceptional service, and protecting your clients' investments.

With the backing of an experienced and supportive team, you'll spend less time on the road and more time adding real value where it matters most.

What You'll Be Responsible For
You'll take ownership of your own residential portfolio, including:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing tenancies from move-in through to move-out
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
  • Managing rent arrears and resolving issues professionally
  • Reviewing property inspections and ensuring properties remain well maintained
  • Managing bond refunds and bond claims
  • Preparing tenancy documentation and ensuring legislative compliance
  • Attending mediation and Tenancy Tribunal hearings when required
  • Providing proactive advice that helps landlords maximise the performance of their investment

Who We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who already knows the industry.
You'll bring:

  • Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio
  • Excellent knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisation and time management
  • The ability to make sound decisions and solve problems independently
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • A current Full New Zealand Driver Licence

What's In It For You?
This is more than another Property Management role.
It's an opportunity to join a business that genuinely believes experienced Property Managers are professionals, not administrators.
You'll enjoy:

  • A competitive salary package + car + phone + laptop
  • A predominantly office-based role with dedicated field teams supporting inspections, maintenance and viewings
  • More time to focus on your clients instead of being constantly on the road
  • A supportive leadership team that has your back
  • The autonomy to manage your portfolio without unnecessary micromanagement
  • A collaborative team environment
  • Ongoing professional development
  • The opportunity to build lasting relationships with your clients
  • A company culture built on trust, integrity and exceptional customer service

Ready for Your Next Move?
If you've built a successful career in Property Management and you're looking for an employer who appreciates the value you bring, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today with your CV and a Cover Letter or contact Ingrid at Integrity Recruitment for a confidential discussion.
