The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, leadership experience, and working knowledge of MEP systems and fire safety.

Lead and manage a team responsible for facility operations and maintenance activities.

Previous experience managing direct reports.
Working knowledge of standard MEP systems.
Working knowledge of fire safety and life safety practices.
Experience with vendor and contractor management.

Basic computer skills and ability to work with standard office and facility-management systems.
Willingness and ability to travel to assigned sites as needed.

Strong leadership, practical facility-management experience, and a solid understanding of MEP and fire safety are key to success in this position.
