Property Manager

Chevalier Property Management Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day property management operations of the shopping centre, including security, cleaning, maintenance

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent, professional qualification in Property Management such as MHKIH, MCIH, MHKIS, MRICS
• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Property Management and at least 3 years experience in shopping centre
• Holder of valid Property Management License (Tier 1)
• Customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
