Property Manager - Harcourts Elite

The Role:

• Manage your own residential portfolio with strong backend support
• Focus on landlord retention, client service and portfolio growth
• Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
• Manage key property management tasks including inspections, maintenance, arrears and compliance

You’ll bring:

• 2+ years’ recent NZ property management experience (essential)
• Up-to-date knowledge of NZ tenancy legislation and property management processes
• Confident working knowledge of Palace software is essential
• Experience with Tapi and TPS would be an advantage
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, organised and accountable approach
• Full NZ Driver Licence

Requirements:
