About the Role

You will be responsible for managing and growing a residential property portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities:

- Managing and growing a residential property portfolio

- Securing new managements and building client relationships

- Overseeing landlord and tenant relations

- Conducting property inspections

- Coordinating maintenance and contractor management

- Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews, and arrears

- Ensuring compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act

- Maintaining accurate records and systems

What We Are Looking For

- Previous residential property management experience

- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors

- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills

- Ownership and accountability for your portfolio

- Confident communication skills, combining professionalism with empathy

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- A full New Zealand driver's license
