PROPERTY MANAGER

1.     Academic Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Registered Property Manager.

2.     Working Experience

• Minimum 8 -10 years of relevant experience in property management, facilities management, building management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Experience managing commercial, corporate, residential, mixed-use or large-scale properties is an advantage.
• Experience in managing building operations, maintenance, contractors, tenants and service providers.

3.     Technical & Functional Skills

• Good knowledge of property and building management, facilities operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of building systems including M&E, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and security.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, statutory requirements, safety and environmental requirements.
• Ability to manage property budgets, operating expenditure (OPEX), CAPEX and cost optimization.
• Good understanding of contract, vendor and service-level management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property/facilities management systems.

• Willing to travel between properties/sites when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence.
