Property Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. Duties

• Oversee the management of property maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and low voltage systems
• Schedule and supervise routine inspections of mechanical systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing infrastructure, and schematics to identify issues proactively
• Manage facilities maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance history, and inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards by conducting regular safety audits and training sessions
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs including HVAC system repair, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance tasks
• Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades or renovations while adhering to safety regulations and budget constraints
• Utilize engineering troubleshooting skills to diagnose complex issues in mechanical or electrical systems using tools like ohmmeters and schematics
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation
• Supervise team members by providing guidance on maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and professional development

Skills

• Proven management experience with the ability to lead facilities maintenance teams effectively
• Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC system repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing system maintenance and repair, and industrial maintenance techniques
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices for facilities management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and communication purposes
• Experience managing CMMS platforms for work order tracking and inventory control
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Mechanical systems repair expertise combined with engineering troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to read schematics related to electrical wiring, HVAC controls, or mechanical systems
• Strong leadership qualities with supervising experience in managing facilities maintenance teams
• Knowledge of low voltage electrical systems including wiring diagrams and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to operate testing tools such as ohmmeters effectively for diagnostics
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills necessary for team coordination and vendor interactions

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
