We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who loves the industry, cares about doing a great job and wants to be part of a team that is always looking for ways to do things better.

This isn’t a role where you’ll be left to figure everything out on your own. You’ll manage your own portfolio, but you’ll have a strong team around you, great systems, genuine leadership support and people who will jump in when needed.

We work hard, have a laugh, back each other and aren’t afraid to challenge the way things have always been done. We invest in technology, training and better ways of working so our Property Managers can focus on what actually matters - looking after people and property.

You’ll have the opportunity to make the role your own, build strong relationships with your owners and tenants, and be part of a business that wants its people to grow with it.

What we’re looking for

• Previous property management experience
• A genuine customer-first approach
• A good understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working in a busy, deadline-driven environment
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Experience with Palace and Google Workspace would be a bonus
• A current full New Zealand driver licence
• Someone who takes ownership, communicates well and gets things done
• And importantly - someone who enjoys being part of a team
