PROPERTY MANAGER

(Work Location: Taikoo Shing)

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of the property management of a mixed portfolio of buildings, including commercial and residential
• To lead a management team, prepare budget, handle operational management, supervise site staff, convene meetings with IO/OC and monitor contractors performance etc
• To respond to client enquires and complaints

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in Property Management, Housing Studies, Real Estate, or related disciplines, with at least 8 years relevant working experience in related field and in similar capacity
• Member of RPHM, CIHCM or HKIH or with PMP (Tier 1)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Knowledge of BMO and DMC
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience may consider as Assistant Property Manager
