- With at least 2-3 years experience in real estate or sales
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Familiarity of applicable local, state and federal laws & regulations
- Area of Assignment: Tablon, Cagayan De Oro City
Responsibilities
- Maintains property rentals by advertising and filing vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases and maintaining and securing premises
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead cost, depreciation, taxes and profit goals
