  • Are highly organised and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and quality.
  • Are confident using technology and administrative systems to coordinate maintenance, support planning, communication, compliance and effective management of day-to-day operations.
  • Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education.
  • Are willing to get involved in all aspects of the College’s programs and opportunities.

Some of the benefits of working at Waverley Christian College include:

  • A range of salary packaging options
  • School fees discounts for staff whose children attend the school (after 12 months)
  • Paid parental leave
  • Flexible work opportunities
  • Wellbeing initiatives
  • Career and leadership professional development opportunities
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Friendly and collegial community to work with
  • School aged children enrolled at WCC may be able to access free before and after school library supervision (time/space limits apply)

All potential employees will be required to comply with the College’s Child Safety Code of Conduct, Child Safety Policy, and Student Wellbeing Policy. We have zero tolerance for child abuse. You will be expected to contribute proactively to a culture of child safety at the College.
