Our client is hiring a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of a student accommodation facility in Yaba.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations
• Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and repairs
• Supervise staff and service providers
• Handle residents’ concerns and complaints
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Maintain accurate property records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
• Experience in property, facility, estate, hospitality, or accommodation management
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage staff, residents, and service providers
• Experience managing residential/student accommodation is an advantage
