Property Manager

About the role

Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of company properties, facilities, and staff accommodations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that facilities are safe, clean, functional, and properly maintained
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and other property-related concerns with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments
• Monitor utilities, property-related expenses, and maintenance requirements
• Manage staff house assignments, occupancy, turnover, and property-related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of company properties, equipment, furnishings, and other assets assigned to each property
• Coordinate property lease, renewal, and other documentation requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable property regulations
• Address and resolve property-related concerns and complaints in a timely manner
• Prepare reports and recommendations regarding property conditions, repairs, improvements, and expenses

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in property, facilities, building, or asset management
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of basic building maintenance and property operations
• Ability to coordinate with contractors, suppliers, tenants, and employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy
• Willing to conduct regular site/property inspections and field work
