Property Manager

About the role

As our Property Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a residential property portfolio while delivering a high level of service to our valued clients.

You'll have the support of a collaborative team and systems designed to help you stay organised and focus on what matters most — providing outstanding property management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted contractors
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant enquiries
• Monitor rent arrears and follow up where required
• Facilitate ingoing and outgoing property inspections
• Ensure properties and documentation comply with relevant legislation
• Liaise professionally with owners, tenants, contractors and suppliers
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation

About you

• Experienced in residential property management
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident managing competing priorities
• A strong communicator who enjoys dealing with people
• Professional, approachable and solutions-focused
• Able to work independently while also being a great team player
• Committed to delivering an excellent experience for both owners and tenants
• A current WA Property Management Registration and driver's licence will be required
