The Company
Our client is an established property management company looking after residential blocks and their leaseholders. They are looking for a Property Manager to join the team and take ownership of a portfolio.

The Role
As Property Manager you will be the main point of contact for leaseholders and will keep the buildings in your portfolio safe, compliant and well maintained. Day to day you will:

• Handle leaseholder queries and keep communication clear across each block
• Schedule repairs and arrange regular property inspections
• Oversee contractors and check their work is completed on time and to a good standard
• Manage compliance and health and safety, including risk assessments and fire safety checks
• Arrange and manage buildings insurance, and handle any claims
• Set and monitor budgets covering maintenance, utilities and other running costs

The Requirements

• Strong communication skills with both leaseholders and contractors
• Resilience and a calm head when dealing with demands and complaints
• Good knowledge of the building industry
• Well organised, able to prioritise and keep accurate records
• A practical problem solver

Experience in block or residential property management is an advantage.

The Package

• Salary: £26,000-£36,000
• Hours: 8.30am-4.30pm
• 20 days, plus bank holidays
• Permanent, full time

Pay: £26,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
