**Property Manager** **Overview:** Join our team as a Property Manager where you will oversee the daily operations and management of our properties. We are seeking a dedicated individual with a passion for property management and exceptional customer service skills. **Duties:** - Manage all aspects of assigned properties including maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and tenant relations - Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with regulations and company standards - Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally - Conduct property viewings and lease signings - Utilize effective marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants - Oversee rent collection, lease enforcement, and eviction processes when necessary **Requirements:** - Proven experience in property management - Strong administrative skills with proficiency in data entry and contract management - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities - Knowledge of Section 8 housing programs is a plus - Ability to handle conflict management situations with tact and diplomacy - Sales skills for upselling additional services or amenities - Understanding of property laws, regulations, and Fair Housing practices If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for property management and possess the required skills, we invite you to apply for the Property Manager position.
