About the Role

This is a dynamic, full-time position offering variety, autonomy, and the backing of a strong leadership, admin and letting support team. You’ll be managing a growing portfolio with the resources and flexibility you need to thrive. Based in a very high performing and successful office surrounded by a large residential and commercial sales team, we strive to keep our culture aligned with hard work, success and a bit of fun and laughter.

Key Responsibilities

• Full portfolio management with administrative and letting support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and tenants
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted tradespeople
• Ensure accurate and timely rental payments
• Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Manage arrears, disputes, vacancies and Tenancy Tribunal processes professionally
• Maintain accurate records using Palace, Tapi, and other PM Software.

What You Bring

• A tertiary qualification (a Bachelor) in a relevant field, such as management, business, property, law or finance
• Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with systems like Palace, TPS, TAPI, Inspection Express
• A valid NZ driver’s license
