Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. This role involves managing facilities, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and delivering exceptional service to tenants or clients. Duties

• Oversee all aspects of property operations, including maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance
• Manage facilities maintenance teams, assigning tasks and supervising their work to ensure high standards
• Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building infrastructure
• Conduct regular inspections using schematics, meters (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs such as HVAC system repair or industrial maintenance projects
• Ensure adherence to OSHA safety regulations and other local safety standards across all property activities
• Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders, inspections, and maintenance history
• Lead project management efforts for facility upgrades or renovations while managing budgets and timelines

Skills

• Proven management experience with a focus on facilities or property management
• Strong mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in using schematics, electrical testing tools (voltmeters, ohmmeters), and diagnostic equipment for engineering troubleshooting
• Excellent team management skills with supervising experience in managing facilities maintenance teams
• Familiarity with safety regulations such as OSHA standards and maintaining a safe work environment
• Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings effectively
• Skilled in project management with experience overseeing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes
• Knowledge of CMMS software for work order tracking and maintenance scheduling
• Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively
