Property Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to lead the oversight and maintenance of our properties. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership will ensure that our properties operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably, providing a positive environment for tenants and partnerships . This position offers an opportunity to apply your management expertise and technical skills in a facility-focused environment.

Duties

• Managing day-to-day property operations
• Coordinating, communicating with and managing maintenance, repairs, vendors
• Communicating with tenants and addressing concerns
• Monitoring leases, rent collection and tenant compliance
• Conducting property walk-throughs weekly
• Monitor building systems and oversee overall site conditions
• Managing budgets, expenses, and property records
• Ensuring properties are clean, safe, and well maintained.

Qualifications

• College Degree. Preferability an Associates degree in Business or an Bachelors degree.
• Advanced credentials like the Certified Property Manager (CPM)
• Communication - You must talk clearly with tenanuts, owners, and repair workers.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Financial Acumen- You need to know basic accounting to handle budgets and rent collections.
• Legal Knowledge- Understanding fair housing laws , and conflict -resolution abilities to manage tenants and owner relations

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
