What they need
Degree holder in Property/ Facility Management or related disciplines is preferred.
10 years working experience in residential Property Management with 3 years managerial experience.
Member of CIHCM / HKIH / Registered Professional Housing Manager or other related professional qualification is preferred
Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence is preferred
Responsible, strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese word processing
The successful appointee will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the buildings/estates to ensure the standard of management services provided meet with the requirement of the owners/tenants, the provisions of the DMC, BMO and other relevant statutory requirements
