Property Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and organized Property Manager to join our team. This role involves managing residential rental properties, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate must have extensive residential property management experience and hands-on experience using AppFolio. AppFolio is a must.

This position requires regular travel to properties, including multiple visits per week to the Daytona Beachside area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendors
• Conduct property inspections
• Communicate with tenants and property owners
• Assist with leasing and move-in/move-out process
• Ensure properties are well maintained and in good condition
• Maintain and update property records in AppFolio

Requirements

• Extensive residential property management experience (required)
• Hands-on AppFolio experience (required)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
• Ability to travel to Daytona Beachside multiple times per week (required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented

Important Note

AppFolio experience is a MUST. Candidates must also have extensive property management experience. This role involves frequent travel between properties, including to the Daytona Beachside area.
