Property Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100-110. This role is hands-on and suits someone who is organized, professional, and confident managing their own portfolio while working as part of a supportive team.
You will be the main point of contact for landlords and tenants and will manage all day-to-day property management tasks to a high standard

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio from start to finish
• Be the main contact for landlords and tenants
• Organize and oversee property repairs and maintenance
• Coordinate and attend routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
• Follow up rent arrears and manage payment issues
• Prepare and negotiate lease renewals and rent increases
• Attend tribunal hearings when required
• Answer phone calls and emails and handle daily enquiries
• Work closely with the leasing team and assist when needed
• Attend training sessions and team meetings

Skills & Experiences

• Minimum 5-7 year's experience in residential property management
• Current Real Estate License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good time management and organizational ability
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines
• Professional presentation and manner

Pay: $58,454.67 – $85,446.86 per year
