Property Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and manage a team overseeing the management and maintenance of common properties within HDB estates
• Ensure compliance with all safety, building, and statutory regulations
• Manage budget planning, cost control, and arrears management
• Handle and coordinate insurance claims related to property damage and incidents
• Work closely with Town Councillors, residents, grassroots organisations, and relevant government agencies
• Participate in and support Town Council and Committee meetings
• Oversee estate operations, maintenance programmes, and improvement works
• Ensure timely resolution of residents’ feedback and issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Real Estate/Facility Management or related qualifications
• 5 years of relevant experience with a Town Council is preferred
• Experience in estate management & managing township properties preferred
• Good track record in Operations and Project matters
• Strong Leadership, good communication skills & customer focus
• Team player with good problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
