Property Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Apartment

Manager to oversee daily operations at our property. This position

is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-focused

environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Oversee day-to-day property operations, tenant relations,

and maintenance coordination

 Ensure compliance with Fair Housing guidelines

 Manage leasing activities, rent collections, and property

records

 Work closely with maintenance staff and vendors to uphold

property standards

 Prepare and submit required reports accurately and on time

Qualifications:

 Experience with Multi-Family Property Management

 Strong communication, organization, and computer skills

 Ability to work independently and solve problems

professionally

 Proficient in Microsoft Suites.

Qualifications

 Proven experience in property management or a related

administrative role is preferred.

 Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and

compliance requirements.

 Familiarity with microsoft suites, software and data entry

processes is highly desirable.

 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage

multiple tasks efficiently.

 Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to

interact effectively with tenants and staff.

 Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a

fast-paced environment.

 Proficient in office software applications for documentation

and reporting purposes.
