Property Manager

Must have knowledge of local laws, systems and negotiate maintenance agreements

Must have knowledge of NYC multifamily rental computer software (preferably MRI or Yardi)

Must have knowledge of NYC Rent Stabilization and NYS DHCR regulations and filing requirements

Must have knowledge of NYC Housing Court, DOB and other standard agency interactions

Responsibilities include standard property management including managing rent roll, leasing/expirations/move-outs/move-ins, legal, billing, resolving HPD/DOB violations

Managing capital improvements, training/managing on-site personal

Serve as primary point of contact for tenants and vendors

Manage commercial lease escalations

Conduct regular property inspections to maintain curb appeal, safety and preventative approach to maintenance
