PROPERTY MANAGER

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of properties.
• Supervise property staff, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor property condition, maintenance, expenses, and operational performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage property budgets, operational costs, and procurement.
• Coordinate with owners, clients, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure properties comply with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to maintain property quality and value.

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in property management, hospitality, real estate, or property operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of property maintenance, operations, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Fluent in English is required.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
