Property Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial properties. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills, technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and a passion for ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained properties. As a Property Manager, you will coordinate maintenance teams, manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and implement effective facilities management strategies to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction.

Duties

• Lead and supervise facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems such as HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical systems, and high/low voltage systems using schematics, meters (voltmeter, ohmmeter), and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Manage facilities maintenance operations to schedule work orders, track asset history, and optimize maintenance workflows.
• Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by managing timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships while adhering to project management best practices.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety protocols, and repair procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Communicate effectively with tenants or occupants regarding maintenance schedules or emergency repairs while providing excellent customer service.

Experience

• Proven management experience supervising facilities maintenance teams or property operations in industrial or commercial settings.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical wiring (including high/low voltage), and mechanical systems repair.
• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Pay: $53,018.37 - $70,850.07 per year
