Property Manager

A hands-on Property Manager who can manage multiple priorities across property operations, office administration, resident concerns and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Property & Facility Maintenance: Oversees the upkeep, safety, and proper functioning of common areas including clubhouses, security gates, pools, parks, roads, and other shared facilities.

Office Administration: Manages day-to-day office operations, administrative systems, records, supplies, documentation with external service providers.

HOA Support: Supports the Homeowners' Association (HOA) Board by implementing community policies, managing vendor contracts, preparing reports, and handling administrative requirements.

Rule Enforcement: Ensures residents, contractors, and service providers comply with subdivision rules, building guidelines, and applicable local regulations.

Resident Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact of resident concerns, complaints, service requests, and community announcements.

Community Engagement: Organizes neighborhood events, association meetings, and social activities that encourage resident participation and strengthen the community.

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
