About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and organised Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
• Routine inspections and maintenance coordination
• Liaising with rental providers and renters
• Managing arrears and lease renewals
• Coordinating leasing where required
• Ensuring compliance with current Victorian legislation

About You

• Previous Property Management experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Agent’s Representative Certificate or equivalent
• Current driver’s licence
