Property Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on customer service and administrative efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, property maintenance, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Duties

• Manage tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Oversee property maintenance by coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of property management activities, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
• Utilize property management software
• Ensure compliance with Section 8 housing regulations and other applicable laws governing property management.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and reduce vacancy rates.
• Provide administrative support by handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.

Experience

• Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks, including lease documentation and tenant screening processes.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Knowledge of relevant laws affecting property management practices is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive tenant relationships.
• Sales experience is a plus, contributing to effective marketing efforts for the properties managed.
