Oakmark Management is seeking an experienced, driven Property Manager to join our growing team! The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of property management experience and be ready to take ownership, lead with confidence, and make a real impact on the success of their community.

With over a decade of premier property management experience and a growing portfolio across the Mid-Atlantic region, we’re looking for a professional, ambitious, and growth-oriented leader to oversee an assigned multifamily residential property. This role is key to driving resident satisfaction, property performance, revenue, and overall asset value while providing opportunities to grow alongside a company that continues to expand.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + $500.00 Sign-on Bonus!!

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of assigned property
• Oversee and lead property personnel and assess their performance
• Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
• Negotiate leases/contracts with prospects/contractors in a timely and reliable manner
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
• Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
• Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities

Property Manager Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Property Manager
• Full understanding of property management and its financial aspects
• In-depth knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
• Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
• Customer-focused and bottom-line oriented
• Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
• Well-organized with excellent time management skills
