This opportunity is ideal for independent Property Managers and experienced real estate professionals who want to work independently and to support property owners in maintaining and overseeing their properties.

Responsibilities May Include

Depending on the Property Owner's needs, services may include:

• Managing residential or short-term rental properties
• Coordinating property maintenance
• Managing vendors and service providers
• Conducting property inspections
• Coordinating tenant or guest communications
• Handling property-related issues
• Coordinating turnovers
• Managing check-in/check-out processes
• Monitoring property condition
• Coordinating repairs
• Communicating updates to Property Owners
• Maintaining property records
• Responding to urgent property needs
• Supporting day-to-day property operations

Qualifications

• Property-management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of residential or short-term rental property operations
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to service properties within your selected Texas service area
• Appropriate business credentials/licensing when required for services performed
