The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties. You will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent organisational and people skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of residential/commercial properties.
• Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords.
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors as required.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure properties meet compliance and safety standards.
• Manage rental payments, arrears, and tenancy renewals.
• Handle tenant queries and resolve disputes in a professional manner.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Provide clear and timely communication and reporting to landlords.

About You:

• Proven experience in property management or a related role preferrable.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in property management software (desirable).
• A full, clean driving licence and access to your own car.
