Property Manager

The Role:

• Manage a residential portfolio end to end, building strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinate maintenance, routine inspections and follow-up
• Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Prepare for QCAT where required and maintain tenancy compliance
• Work closely with leasing and administration support to deliver exceptional service

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience and current QLD Registration Certificate or Licence
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
• Proactive, well presented and keen to grow your career
• PropertyMe experience advantageous
