Property Manager

Edinburgh Property Management is the largest property management company in Dunedin, providing exceptional property management services to our owners and tenants. We pride ourselves on having a supportive and relaxed team environment.

We are continually growing and as such, we require a Property Manager to join our busy team. As a Property Manager you will be responsible for:

• The direct management of a portfolio of student and residential properties, including all aspects of property management
• Maintaining positive, productive relationships with owners, tenants, and all internal and external business partners
• Complying with all regulations and applicable laws
• Carrying out inspections, scheduling maintenance etc
• After hours on-call duties, as rostered

Strong administration, time management, computing and people skills are essential to succeed in this role. Other skills and attributes required are:

• A great can-do attitude and positive outlook
• Problem solving skills
• Be able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
• Full, clean driver's license

Prior experience in the industry is not essential – on-the-job training will be provided and your motivation and desire to succeed will ensure you’ll pick the requirements of the role up quickly!
