The Role

• Manage a portfolio of up to 120 properties
• End-to-end property management with a focus on quality service
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance and contractor work
• Conduct home opens and manage leasing process
• Prepare lease documentation and renewals
• Complete inspections (ingoing, routine, outgoing)
• Maintain accurate records and compliance

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property management
• Current WA Property Management Registration
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong organisation and time management skills
• High attention to detail and communication
• Experience with PropertyMe, IRE, Agentbox & Inspection Express (preferred)
