Property Manager

We are looking for a hardworking and organised individual who is keen to build a long-term career in the property industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated and customer-focused, with full training provided with industry recognised qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination and tenant relations.
• Prepare and issue lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Handle and track maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property activity, including financial transactions and tenant communication.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with tenants, contractors and colleagues.
• Excellent phone manner and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Confident with data entry, administration and record-keeping.
• Experience with property management software is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
