Property Manager

Job Title: Onsite Property Manager Location: = New Britain

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and organized Onsite Property Manager to oversee the operations of several residential buildings in Windsor Locks . This full-time position will be based out of our onsite office at one of the Properties . The role offers leasing incentives and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Oversight: Ensure buildings are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Address maintenance needs and coordinate with vendors as necessary.
• Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and fostering a positive community environment.
• Leasing: Show available units to prospective tenants, assist with applications, and handle lease agreements. Work to maintain high occupancy levels.
• Rent Collection: Collect and record rent payments, and follow up on overdue accounts as needed.
• Marketing: Help market available units through online platforms, community boards, and open houses.
• General Administration: Maintain records, manage correspondence, and ensure compliance with housing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office (experience with property management software is a plus but not required).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between properties.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Incentives: Leasing bonuses and other performance-based incentives.
• Work Environment: Onsite office located by one of the properties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Experience:

• Property management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• New Britain, CT 06050: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
