Your opportunity

You’ll take ownership of your portfolio of prestige properties, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity. What you’ll be doing

• Manage a prestige property portfolio — oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are well maintained, compliant, and managed to the highest standards.
• Build lasting relationships — develop trusted partnerships with property owners, tenants, and contractors through clear communication and reliable service.
• Maintain exceptional standards — conduct routine inspections, monitor property condition, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
• Oversee leasing and administration — manage lease preparation, renewals, and associated documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences — anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and provide a personalised approach to every interaction.
• Contribute to business growth — identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships, generate referrals, and grow the rent roll through excellent service and strategic business development.

What we’re looking for

• A minimum of two years’ experience in all areas of residential property management.
