The Role

You'll be the Property Manager running our Coulsdon development community day to day, owning the resident experience end to end:

• Market and advertise the community, and be the face of it — welcoming residents, handling queries, building relationships that make people renew
• Manage lettings, viewings, move-ins and move-outs
• Coordinate maintenance and contractors
• Stay on top of compliance, inspections and safety checks
• Hit occupancy and rent collection targets

About You

• Proven experience in residential lettings, property management or BTR (ARLA/Propertymark a plus, not essential)
• Organised, self-motivated and calm under pressure
• A natural with people — residents, contractors and colleagues alike
• Comfortable with property software, happy to help shape new systems
