- Utilize property management systems (Yardi, MRI, or similar) and work order platforms (Angus, Impak, etc.) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across the portfolio.
- Oversee lease administration, including CAM reconciliations, expense recoveries, and financial reporting across multiple ownership structures.
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to identify and address operational risks with sound judgment and communication.
- Active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License required; CPM or RPA designation preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple assets and ownership structures concurrently while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
- Demonstrated financial and operational expertise, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of lease administration, CAM structures, expense recoveries, and reconciliations.
- Track record of effectively managing vendors, service contracts, and capital projects.
- Proficiency in Yardi, MRI, Angus, Impak, or similar systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with ownership, tenants, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for property inspections.
